AIR narrows decisions. Vela performs the work.

Vela AI Studio can compose bounded AIR policy checks into product workflows. AIR evaluates declared inputs, policy facts, and deterministic outcomes; the macOS host performs the actual actions only after it has rechecked current state.

1. Candidate

Studio produces a candidate build and its evidence.

2. Publisher

The Node publisher copies an approved DMG and writes a SHA-256 release manifest.

3. Promotion

The VPS activates a staged static release only after checks and human promotion.

The Node publisher is in this demos repository. The Studio-to-publisher handoff is intentionally not automatic yet: it must be wired to a signed, reviewed release event rather than a free-form model action.
