# Commercial licensing

No commercial licence is granted by the public Vela distribution.

Commercial use, paid distribution, incorporation into another
application, publication of modified versions, competitive products,
hosted services, enterprise deployment and sublicensing require a
separate written agreement with Dmitriy Shtro.
